"O Hotel realmente é muito bonito, mas precisa de umas melhorias. Algumas vezes era dificultoso fechar as portas, porque elas travavam, me mudaram na minha última diária para um quarto que estava com vazamentos, fechadura da porta do banheiro estava saindo e a tv estava com uns leds queimados. Foram ate la, ajeitaram um vazamento do banheiro, mas depois outro apareceu. Não gostei quando me mudaram de quarto, acho isso uma falta de respeito com o hóspede, ainda mais mudando para um quarto que era...

The staff was amazing and the hotel incredibly well maintained and comfortable. We loved everything about it. It's nearby the heart of Morro but also it is in a spot were you can enjoy quiet moments if you want.

"Very nice hotel. The pool inside the room was clean and very nice. The room was clean and spacious. They could put some chairs in there. Breakfast was the highlight. The food was delicious and had a lot of options. The location is about 10 minutes walking to the center of town and right in front of the third beach. There were a lot of food options around as well as shopping places. "

"Very well situated on the quieter first beach, but an easy walk to the more happening second beach. Lots of restaurants and stores all around the pousada. The area feels very safe.
Beautiful view from the balcony and the hammock was a nice touch! Staff were friendly. Room was simple yet clean. Air conditioning in the room was the best I’ve seen in Brasil so far. "

Em pleno janeiro, altíssima temporada, os poucos funcionários disponíveis se desdobravam para atender os hóspedes, mas muitas vezes faltava o básico (tinha dia que não tinha peixe, não tinha sorvete, não tinha hambúrguer para o sanduíche do cardápio.. e sem nenhuma previsão de reposição). "The staff at the front desk were amazing—very helpful and kind. They provided us with great tips on places to go out, which we appreciated. We had an incredible stay overall. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!"
